Happy New Years! I think 2008 was wonderful, looking back. I got a job, spent the summer on my own in Iowa City, and celebrated my 21st birthday with my friends and family. I am so excited to start the new year in another country, at another school. I leave on Sunday, January 4th for Lancaster, England.
I wish the very best New Year to everyone. Please keep in touch with me as I begin my adventures on Sunday. (My latest trip was a family vacation to Washington, DC and that, in my mind, certainly does not constitute an adventure!)
